Day 6 - Thursday, April 16
Welcome to Day 6 of eLearning. Today's focus is on the topic of acid-base titration.
Here's What to Do:
- Acid-Base Neutralization "Lab" (15 min - 30 min)
normally start today's topic with a short Lab. Unfortunately that's not
going to happen (unless you have 1.0 M, 0.50 M, 0.25 M, and 0.10 M
solutions of NaOH and HCl at home ... along with test tubes and dropper
bottles). So I've provided you some sample data on Google Classroom.
Analyze the data and respond to the two questions. Hand in on Google
Classroom when you're done writing. This will prime your brain to begin thinking about the topic of titration.
- Titration Video (15 min)
Mr. H has a 14-minute video on the topic of Acid-Base Titration. You will need to watch it to do #3 on the Lesson Plan.
Open your WebAssign in a separate window and answer the questions on WebAssign as you go through the video.
- Titration WebAssign (15 min - 30 min)
the WebAssign on the topic of acid-base titration. You get two tries on
all Multiple Choice questions, one try on the True-False question, and six tries on all Numerical Response
*** Take attendance by 1 pm. Check your email for an attendance form from the Attendance office.
